The link to order a yearbook for the 2023-2024 school year is at the bottom of this post. You can click on the link and choose the package you would like to purchase.
If you do NOT want to order online, you may also bring payment to Dr. Renee Hughes in room A224 at the school. A $20 deposit is required to reserve a book, and the balance must be paid off before the book will be released to the student.
(**If you order online, you must pay in full. The deposit option is only for those who choose to pay with cash or check at the school.)
Package #1: Plain Yearbook $70
Package#2: Yearbook with Nameplate $75
Package#3: Yearbook with Nameplate & Spring Supplement $80
(In order to publish our book and receive it before the end of school, our final yearbook plant deadline is the beginning of March. The spring supplement is an additional booklet that comes out in the fall of next year and contains all activities from March to graduation: prom, a wrap-up of spring sports, a wrap-up of clubs and organizations, senior day, graduation, honors night, etc.)
Again, do not wait to order; we often sell out!
Regardless of whether you order online or in-person with Dr. Hughes in A224, all books will be delivered to Tift County High School and will be handed out at the school in May.
To place your order online, click on the following link and follow the instructions. https://www.yearbookordercenter.com/index.cfm/job/1096

Congratulations to the 2024 Blue Devil Baseball Team! ⚾️ #4theT

TCHS Counseling Department is excited to announce FAFSA Fridays will be back after Christmas break. It is a time for you to come to get help filling out your FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid). This is free money for college based on financial need. This process can be pretty tedious and frustrating as it requires you and your parents to input tax information. The counseling office brings in a representative from the Georgia Student Finance Commission to assist you with this process. She is the expert on all things financial aid. A sign-up form will be sent out after Christmas, but we wanted to make you aware of these opportunities now to relieve any stress you may have surrounding this topic. Be on the lookout for emails and flyers with the sign-up forms after Christmas. We look forward to helping you reach your goals after graduation. #BTTY #4theT

At tonight’s meeting of the Tift County Board of Education, the board took action to place TCHS Principal, Dr. Chad Stone, on paid administrative leave for 30 days. The board took further action to not renew Dr. Stone’s contract. This decision came as a result of new information as part of an ongoing investigation.
The Board of Education is tasked with making decisions in the best interest of the students of Tift County Schools. District leadership will work to name a principal as soon as possible to ensure continuity of service to the students of Tift County High School.

We look forward to seeing all of our students and staff back in school tomorrow. #4theT
