🍽️ Meal Distribution for Tift County Students 🍽️ On Tuesday, October 1st at 9:00am, Tift County School Nutrition will distribute meals to our students! Meals can be picked up at the following locations : 📍 Annie Belle Clark Elementary, Charles Spencer Elementary, G O Bailey Elementary, J T Reddick Elementary, Matt Wilson Elementary, Omega Elementary, Brookfield Baptist Church and TyTy Baptist Bags will include a hot lunch and breakfast, and they will be available on a first come, first served basis, while supplies last. After communicating with the National Weather Service and the local Emergency Management Agency we have determined that weather conditions predicted for our area are not suitable for the normal course of operation. As a result, all Tift County Schools will be closed Thursday, September 26th and Friday, September 27th. The safety of our students and staff is our top priority. Tifton Police Department has increased police presence around all Tift County Schools. During the month of August, Tifton Police Department issued 67 speeding citations in speed zones.
