On Saturday, March 18th 4-H competitors traveled to Perry with 30 Tift County 5th & 6th graders who competed in DPA. Cloverleaf Project Achievement is a public speaking competition for 4-6th grades where the 4-H’ers choose a topic of interest and present a 4-6-minute speech on the subject of all their hard work over the last few months. This competition teaches 4-H’ers personal and professional research and public speaking skills. We congratulate Norah Monfort, Benny Nguyen, and Piper Monfort for placing in these competitions! 💙 #wearejtr #4theT

Students in Mrs. Lever’s 1st-grade class received a voicemail from Bonnie the Leprechaun. She challenged them to make and set traps to catch her. JTR 5th graders visited the Warner Robins Museum of Aviation for a guided WWII tour. They tried on parachutes, learned about the famous Tuskegee Airmen, and acted as soldiers on a C-130 as they focused on social studies and historical understandings. 💙 #wearejtr #4theT
