Miss Fitzgerald, Charleigh Harper, visited with students at J.T. Reddick Elementary School. As part of her community service initiative, Charleigh talked with students about what it’s like living with diabetes. Mrs. Matthews' class won a "Critter Party" with Destination Ag. Students in Mrs. Matthews' class participated in a pre/post assessment this past fall to enter the contest to win the "Critter Party." Today the folks from Destination Ag visited Mrs. Matthews' classroom with Lola the chicken and a beautiful oak snake. Students extended their learning of vertebrates by discussing, meeting, and petting the animals. #wearejtr #4theT
